Health Coaching is a collaborative process that supports you in achieving your healthy life. Accomplished through strategic discussions via Zoom, we will identify what you need to feel your best and how to achieve it.

I specialize in the identification and cultivation of your personal motivation, helping you feel internally inspired to take healthy action each day.

  • Group Health Coaching

    Health Coaching with the added benefit of community support. Commit to your health 2x/week for 4 weeks. 8 spots available. All sessions take place via zoom.

1:1 Health Coaching

1 session: $125
4 sessions: $475 ($119/session) save 5%
8 sessions: $900 ($113/session) save 10%

Group Health Coaching

9 sessions: $400 ($44/session)
2x/week for 4 weeks
plus two, 30 min individual sessions

Online Group Health Coaching

A four-week program that’s focused on you and your health. In community with up to 8 other participants, we’ll work to achieve greater well-being. We’ll identify your motivations and enhance your movement habits as well as focus on stress reduction and sleep. All sessions take place via Zoom. Registration includes 8 group sessions and 2, 30 min 1:1 sessions.
