I’m Christin Everson, a consultant, educator, and fierce advocate for a more inclusive, human-centered fitness industry, and more specifically, for new exercisers.

With over 18 years of experience in fitness leadership, I help gyms, studios, and wellness professionals create environments where people feel seen, respected, and motivated to move, without shame or judgment.

As a Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Group Fitness Instructor, I’ve taught in nearly every type of fitness experience, from youth camps to gyms for older adults, from country clubs to local studios.

As a Fitness Director, I’ve run small programs with no budget and large programs with a never-ending budget.

And what I’ve learned from all this experience: our participants all want the same thing: to be well, to be seen, to be cared for, to be guided, to be free of judgment.

My work blends strategic consulting with real-world education, guiding businesses and fitness pros to build programs and spaces rooted in empathy, equity, and evidence-based practice.

Fitness should be expansive, not exclusive. Let's build something better, together.
