Health Coaching is a collaborative process that supports you in achieving your healthy life. Accomplished through strategic discussions via Zoom, we will identify what you need to feel more well and how to achieve it.
I specialize in helping you deepen your self-understanding so you can uncover what truly motivates you—beyond trends or what others are doing—making healthy action feel achievable, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.

A 20-minute video call to help us get to know each other and determine if Health Coaching is the right fit for you. The cost of this session will be credited toward your first Health Coaching session.

1:1 Health Coaching
Virtual sessions lasting 30-60 minutes, all focused on your wellbeing. Identifying what habits are thriving and which need more support, then with your uniqueness in mind, we’ll build new habits.

1 session: $125
4 sessions: $475 ($119/session) save 5%
8 sessions: $900 ($113/session) save 10%

A fitness expert with nearly two decades of experience, I hold an MS in Kinesiology, a BA in Psychology, and various nationally accredited fitness certifications, including being an ACE-certified Health Coach. My coaching is rooted in empathy, behavior change science, and personalization, guiding clients to uncover what truly works for them. Together, we build routines that support real life—not perfection.
